4.3 Optimizing people’s capacity for learning
In this section, we will look at ten key human capacities that support learning. For each one, we’ll look at some more detail, examples, and which learning loops and means of learning each one can best support. These capacities can be relevant for several key stakeholder groups including health care providers, managers, policy-makers, researchers, and communities, citizens and users of services. We will discuss which kinds of skills may be most important for each kind of stakeholder and how these can vary across context depending on specific roles of each stakeholder.
