4.2 Institutionalizing learning
Learning processes need to be routinized and coordinated through processes of institutionalization — which is the establishment of rules and procedures conducive to learning at organization and cross-organizational levels. Figure 4.1 shows these two levels and their relation to the other topics we will be covering later in this module.
