3.2 Factors that support health systems functioning and performance
This section will provide an overview of how learning can improve health systems functions by referring back to learning loops and means of learning and showing how they interact with one another. Learning from information, deliberations, and action each have unique and interconnected functions. These also can play important roles at single, double, and triple loops of learning as is summarized in the left half of Figure 3.1 below.
