2.3 Means of learning
In the following animated video, you will get to explore three means of learning through 1) information, 2) deliberation and 3) action. Learning through information entails gathering, processing, and deploying information to address needs and meet aims for health system. Learning through deliberation requires processes of dialogue and reflection to support learning among and between stakeholders. Learning through action happens when people, teams and organizations practice and iterate on tasks and projects. In the video, you will also get to hear about examples of what each of these means of learning look like in practice.
