1.6 Module wrap-up
In this module, you have been introduced to what learning health systems are and the different kinds of learning that take place across levels from individuals to team and to organizations and across organizations. The short lecture provided an illustration of each level, including brief examples of the different kinds of actors involved at each level and how learning can look different across each one. The more in-depth examples of District.Team in Benin and Guinea and of the institutionalization of learning in policy reform processes in Burkina Faso illustrate some of the nuances and benefits that learning brought to these contexts.
This concludes Module 1! In module 2, you will look in more depth at the learning “loops” and “means” to round out our tour of the learning health systems framework.
